I don't know why periodically I feel like I need to do a post on Ava's hair. I guess it's because I wake up each morning glad to see that it's still as curly and beautiful as ever. Yesterday I was fixing it and couldn't help stopping to take pictures of the sweetest white-girl afro ever. She's amazing!

Oh. My. Gosh. I cannot get over Ava's hair! I would kill to have those thick, beautiful, luscious curls! She has no idea how lucky she is. Do you think she could spare a little for M? Or me for that matter?
Very jealous...the DeSantis family is known for having extremely straight stringy hair and unfortunately Charlie inherited his hair from me. Poor kid. I loving looking at your blog. I feel like it connects people even when they are hundreds of miles away!
Where does she get those luscious locks? You can tell that little girl gets to play in the sun all day- with her nice tan and sun bleached curls. :) Adorable!

I covet her hair.I do remember when my hair had a very large wave in the front and when my fro was larger than life. Those were the good ole days.
