Our summer kicked off this year with a Johnson trip to Yellowstone. We got really lucky because there were tons of animals in the park. We saw elk, buffalo, grizzlies, eagles, coyotes.... The girlies loved it! They are both fascinated by animals. We stayed at a really fun cabin and enjoyed all the scenery that West Yellowstone and Montana have to offer. We loved spending time with Steve, Beth, Grandma Johnson, Grandpa and Grandma Myers, Matt and Luke. A few highlights from the trip were Ava's horseback ride on Joe, The yodeling chicken girl who was the opening act for the play Oklahoma that we saw, and definitely Luke's beard!

Yellowstone looks amazing (I have never been!). It is so great Jared got time off to join the vacation. I now understand how precious vacations are during residency! We miss you guys and are so happy you have been having a great summer. Your girls continue to get more and more beautiful.
